Scribexa Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Scribexa public website and private pilot product. Scribexa is intended for authorized clinical users and approved review workflows.

Authorized pilot

The private product is limited to approved users, organizations, and vendor review workflows.

Clinician review

Scribexa prepares draft documentation support; clinicians remain responsible for final approval.

No public PHI

Patient information does not belong in public contact, support, or marketing forms.

Use Of Scribexa

Scribexa provides post-acute clinical documentation support for authorized pilot users and approved organizations. Public website visitors may use the site only for general information, support, access requests, vendor review, and pilot coordination.

Access to private Scribexa product surfaces may require approved accounts, identity verification, organization authorization, signed agreements, EHR permissions, and security controls.

Clinical Responsibility

Scribexa is not a medical device, emergency service, or replacement for clinical judgment. Scribexa may assist with organizing source context, preparing draft documentation, and surfacing review cues, but clinicians are responsible for reviewing, editing, attesting, and approving final documentation.

Users must verify source information, clinical accuracy, appropriateness, regulatory completeness, and patient-specific applicability before relying on any output.

Accounts And Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of accounts, credentials, tokens, authorization codes, devices, and access links. Do not share credentials or allow unauthorized users to access Scribexa.

Notify us promptly at pilot@scribexa.com if you believe an account or integration may have been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Scribexa to submit public PHI, violate law, bypass security, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape or exfiltrate data, misrepresent your identity or authority, or use the service outside approved pilot and review purposes.

Public support and contact forms must not include patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, clinical details, credentials, secrets, or authorization codes.

Third-Party Systems

Scribexa may integrate with EHRs, identity providers, hosting providers, and operational tools. Use of third-party systems may also be governed by those providers' terms, permissions, policies, and organization agreements.

PointClickCare access is read-only in v1 and is used only through approved scopes, certificates, and organization-authorized workflows.

Changes, Suspension, And Contact

We may update these terms, change the service, or suspend access when needed for security, legal, operational, pilot, or abuse prevention reasons. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Questions about these terms may be sent to pilot@scribexa.com.
