As a physician and medical director overseeing multiple post-acute care facilities in Iowa, I once spent six to eight hours a day buried in notes—frustrated, exhausted, and ready to quit. I knew there had to be a better way.

To find relief, I built a custom AI-powered solution using the ChatGPT backend to generate my clinical notes, exclusively with sanitized and de-identified data that contained no patient identifiers.
